We just returned from a long overdue visit with my husband’s family in western Nebraska. Doug’s 93-year-old mother held court and was overjoyed being surrounded by many her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I had a little bit of private time with my mother-in-law and was able to tell her again how much I loved and admired her. Southern Indiana auto dealer John Jones has been named as a new leader of the non-profit Indiana Sheriffs’ Youth Ranch, a 62-acre training retreat near Brazil for future deputies and at-risk kids statewide.
