The Brazil Concert Band, under the direction of Matthew S. Huber, will present "The Walking Frog And Friends," at 8 p.m., Sunday, at the Forest Park Band Shell or Pavilion if rain.
Karl L. King's famous two-step, "The Walking Frog," is a favorite of long-time BCB fan Harold Plunkett, an Army Air Force veteran of World War II.
Also by King, the BCB will present "The Golden Dragon," "Cyrus The Great" and "Emblem of Freedom."
The Broadway selection of the week is "The Music Man" by Sousa Band Alumnus Meredith Wilson surrounded by Sousa's "The Gallant Seventh" and "The Gridiron Club March."
The BCB will also present "A Tribute To Glenn Miller," "Shenandoah," "An Irish Rhapsody" and "March From First Suite in F."
The Jackson Township Community Band will perform at Goshorn Park in Clay City at 7:30 p.m. Saturday rain or shine.
