Curtis Raymond Rollings, 82, rural Brazil, died at 10:30 a.m., July 11, 2007, at his residence.

Born March 7, 1925, in Clay County, he was the son of Ben and Myra (Whittington) Rollings.

He married Barbara Ann Rollings on Aug. 7, 1948 in Brazil. She preceded him in death on Jan. 23, 2004.

During World War II, he served in the U.S. Air Force until he was honorably discharged.

He was a graduate of Van Buren High School and continued his education until he received his Master's degree in mathematics from Indiana State University.

He was employed as a supervisor of inventory control at various companies, including Allisons, Anaconda Aluminum/Alcan. He was a member of Christ Community Church and enjoyed gardening, fishing and genealogy studies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brothers Stanley and David Rollings.

He is survived by daughters Gwen Britton and husband William, and Jana Casper and husband Joe; sons Brad Rollings and wife Cathy, Brent Rollings and wife Tammy, and Ryan Rollings and wife Sandra; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sister Mary Lou Myers and husband Daniel, and brother Roy Rollings.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery.
