Hannah B. Green, 87, Brazil, died at 1:10 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, at the Clay County Health Center.
Born Feb. 29, 1920, in Clay County, she was the daughter of Amos and Sarah Jones Martin.
She attended the EUB Church in Carbon and was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. post No. 1127. She enjoyed bingo and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Elizabeth Martin; three brothers, Richard Eugene Martin, David Floyd Martin, William Martin; a daughter, Lucinda Paulette Radford; sister-in-law Doris Martin; two infant children; and two granddaughters, Tina Ray and Cindy Radford.
She is survived by two sons, Eugene Green of Florida, Teddy L. "Butch" Green and wife Robin of Florida; two daughters, Margaret Charlene Fitch of Brazil, Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Thorpe of Brazil; three brothers, Elmer Martin of Carbon, Don W. Martin of Brazil, Lester L. Martin and wife Marietta of Carbon; sister-in-laws Mary Kay Martin; and Hazel Martin Moore; grandchildren, Alan, Kelly, Denise, Michelle, Kim, Teddy L. Green II, Jennifer R. Wieser and husband Jeff, Tonya L. Sanders, Tammy R. Bruer and husband Jerry, Rusty D. Quiqly and Melodie, Ronald J. Thorpe, and John A. Thorpe; several great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at French Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
