The Northview Knights advanced to 3-2 in the young season after a 57-48 road win over Riverton Parke on Tuesday night.
The Knights lead by 16 points at the break before the Panthers rallied to close the gap with a 23 point fourth quarter.
Whitney Medworth lead Northview in scoring with 16 points including a pair of 3-pointers. The Panthers were able to hold Amy Thiemann scoreless but Northview got nine points from senior Ashley Pierce and 13 from freshman Julie Whitted.
The Knights will be back in action Saturday in a rematch of a hard fought championship game of the Clabber Girl Classic. Northview will travel to Terre Haute South for a 6 p.m. matchup.
