Knights remain unbeaten with golf wins at Forest Park

The Northview golf team cruised to a tri-meet victory at Forest Park Golf Course on Monday night to remain unbeaten in the dual meet season.

The Knights posted a team score of 147 to defeat Cloverdale who shot a 172 and Shakamak scored a 205.

Roy Wyndham was the medalist for the Knights by shooting a nine-hole score of 34 and Adam Thiemann carded a 36 for Northview to take runnerup honors. Kyle Kumpf shot a 38 and Devin Whittington carded a 39.

Austin Schutte had a 40 and Josh Conway shot a 41 for the Knights.

Northview's junior varsity squad defeated Cloverdale with a score of 160 and Cloverdale shot a 183.

Jeremy Johnson was the JV medalist with a 38 followed by Pat Czizek with a 40. Both Clint Grey and Matt Williams had a 41 and Josh Miller and Matt Thompson rounded out the scoring for the Knights.

The Knights are now 5-0 this season with match versus Owen Valley tonight at Rolling Meadows.
