The North Clay sixth grade basketball teams split a pair of games against Sarah Scott on Wednesday evening.
The 'A' squad earned a 51-26 decision by putting together a dominating first half versus the Scotties.
North Clay scored 15 points apiece in each of the first two quarters to go up by a 30-6 count at the halftime break. Chance Talbot had 16 of his game-high 22 points before halftime and five different players scored for the Knights in the opening two periods.
In the game, Damon Hyatt scored 10 points for the Knights and Bryant Pestoff added five in the victory.
The 'B' squad dropped a 26-21 decision against the Scotties as both Brock Wheeler and Austin Harrison had four points apiece.
The 'A' squad improves to 5-0 this season and will face off with Honey Creek on November 28.
