Despite getting a remarkable hole-in-one from Pat Czizek on the par-4 eighth hole in the JV victory, the Northview golf team fell to visiting Greencastle at Forest Park on Monday night.

The Knights were off their game in their first dual match of the week, the Tiger Cubs edged out the Knights by a 152 to 155 score.

D.J. Hendrichs led the Tiger Cubs for the evening, shooting a 37 in the win.

Kyle Kumpf had the best score for the Knights with a round of 36 while Northview also got a round of 39 from both Adam Thiemann and Kade Baker. Josh Conway shot a 42 with Byron Felchlia at 46.

"This is probably the most disappointed I've been this season," commented coach Scott Buell following the match. "We just didn't come to play today. We need to get it turned around because we play Terre Haute North at Hulman Links (today)."

The Knights drop to 7-4 in dual matches this season.
