Belva M. Livingston, 72, of Ashboro, died at 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, in St. Vincent Clay Hospital.
Born in Newark, N.Y., on July 31, 1931, she spent her early life there and moved to Clay County in 1979. She and her husband spent their winter months in Punta Gorda, Fla.
She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Newark and the Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband, Francis A. Livingston, whom she married on May 29, 1959; a son and his wife, William A. and Carol Livingston, Flower Mound, Texas; three daughters, Ellen Millis and husband, Steve, Milam, Texas, Mary L. Sutton and husband, Rick, Clay City, and Sheryl Livingston, Monrovia, Calif.; two brothers and their wives, Arnold and Susan Synesael, Newark, and Richard and Kathy Synesael, Marion, N.Y.; one sister, Jeanette, and her husband, Bob Shaw, Hollywood, Fla.; seven grandchildren; several nieces; and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Ashboro Cemetery. The Rev. Father Rob Hausladen will officiate and visitation will be 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Miller Memorial Chapel, the funeral home handling the arrangements.
