Jody K. Hadley, 39, of Brazil, died at 5:06 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2003, in Union Hospital, Terre Haute.
He had been disabled several years with multiple health problems and, before his death, had been hospitalized 45 days.
Born in Terre Haute on June 4, 1964, he was the son of Robert Hadlay and Norma Ball Hadlay. He attended Brazil High School and resided here most of his life.
Preceding him in death were his father and stepfather, Charles Pierce.
Survivors include his mother, Norma Pierce, of Brazil; a daughter, Courtney Pierce; two sons, Joshua and Shayne Hadley, all of Brazil; two brothers, Robert Coffin, of Brazil, and Michael Coffin, of West Palm Beach, Fla.; three sisters, "Sisi" Mullenix and Cheryl Walker, both of Terre Haute, and Lisa Mallery, of Brazil; several nieces; and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cottage Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jim Gibson officiating. There will be no public visitation.
Miller Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Riley Hospital for Children, of Indianapolis.
