Franklin "Frank" D. Randall, 65, of Carbon, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at 5:20 p.m. at Union Hospital.
He was born Feb. 23, 1938, in Brazil, the son of Charles Alvey Randall and Goldie Sutherland Randall.
He was a graduate of Brazil High School. On Aug. 31, 1986, he married Judy Rector, who survives.
He was a member of the Carbon Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on lawn mowers and small engines.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Christina and Jerry Green of Baltimore, Md.; John and Christina Randall of Brazil; Sue and Hob Ruark of St. James, Mo., and Chris and Karen Randall of Terre Haute; two grandchildren, Jonathan Randall and Jonie Randall both of Brazil; three brothers, Robert Randall and wife Anne Marie of Spanaway, Wash., John Randall and wife Connie of Brazil and Jim Head of Spencer, one sister, Wanetta Swanson and husband Robert of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel with Pastor Howard Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Calcutta Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
