Anna M. Christman Dillon, 87, of Indianapolis, died Thursday, April 22, 2004, at her home with her family.

She was born in 1915 in Brazil to the late John N. and Phoebe Raab Christman. She was a graduate of the Indianapolis Business College and was employed by L.S. Ayres Department Store as a buyer for 37 years.

She volunteered for 20 years at Crossroads Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of the Carmel Christian Church. In 1940, she married James B. Dillon, who preceded her in death.

Six brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews, including Joyce Hawkins, Jonnie Zasada, Debbie Chancellor and Donna Thomas, all of Indianapolis; and great-nieces, Tracie Strietelmeier, Courtney Zasada and Allison Zasada.

A Celebration of Life Service will betoday at 3 p.m. in Oaklawn Cemetery.
