She was the daughter of Manuel and Ellen Hunter Thomas and the widow of Alvin Morlan. She was employed by Bridgeton Cafeteria as a cook for many years. She enjoyed mushroom hunting and watching her favorite teams play basketball on television.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and four brothers, Bob, Bill, Tommy and Albert Donald Thomas.
Survivors include three sons, Clarence and wife, Julia Morlan, of Carbon, Gary Morlan of Brazil and Larry Morlan of Clinton; two sisters, Ruth Armstrong and Mary Pickett, both of Brazil; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Clear Run Cemetery in Bridgeton. Pastor Jimmy McMahan will officiate. French Funeral Home assisted in arrangements.
