Aline M. McGlone, 77, of Brazil, died at 8:10 p.m. Friday, May 28, 2004, at Holly Hill Health Care where she had been a resident patient since 1999.
Born in Vigo County on June 2, 1926, her parents were Arthur and Jenny Krockenberger. She was a graduate of Garfield High School.
She had been employed at the former Quaker Maid food processing plant in Terre Haute for many years. In later life, she had resided in Clay County.
She attended the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Terre Haute and also the Senior Citizens Center in Brazil.
She had performed volunteer work at Holly Hill before becoming weakened by illness and entering the facility.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Dale McGlone, in 1988; two sisters; an infant brother; and a grandson in childhood.
Surviving are her son and his wife, Dennis D. and Janet McGlone of Terre Haute and several cousins.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Miller Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Philip G. Myers will officiate and interment will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery, Terre Haute. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Wednesday until services.
