Carolyn Sue Bloodworth, of Lizella, Ga., died Saturday, May 29, 2004, in a Georgia hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Paul E. Jenkins and was a member of the Williamson Road Baptist Church. She enjoyed raising parrots and exotic birds. She also enjoyed arts and crafts.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Bloodworth, of Lizella, Ga.; a son, Paul Winn, of Lizella; her mother, Thelma Jenkins, of Indiana; two sisters, Beverly White and Linda Sanders, both of Indiana; two brothers, Robert Jenkins and William Jenkins, both of Indiana; and a grandson, Michael Woods of Brunswick, Ga.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Willis and the Rev. Johnny Baggett officiating.
