Jeremiah Lavoine, 31, of Brazil, died Saturday, June 12, 2004, in a traffic accident in Sullivan.
He was born Oct. 5, 1972, in Quincy, Mass, the son of Robert F. Lavoine Jr. and Celeste Cobb Lavoine.
He married Jennifer J. Monnett Lavoine on March 23, 1995. She survives.
He was a 1991 graduate of Cloverdale High School. He was employed as an assembler at Toyota in Princeton, Ind.
He is also survived by his parents, of Poland, Ind.; a daughter, Jaiden Lavoine, of Brazil; a son, Joshua Lavoine, of Brazil; a sister, Hope Garrison and husband Phillip, of Spencer; a brother, Robert F. Lavoine III and wife Kristi, of Brazil; his maternal grandparents, George and Florence Cobb, of Buzzard Bay, Mass.; father-in-law and mother-in-law Dana and Terry Monnett, of Cloverdale; nieces and nephews Dericke, Hunter and Colt Lavoine, Allyssa, Austyn, and Auytum Garrison, Alex and Wesley Baumgart, and Kamrie and Ethan Monnett.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Whitaker Funeral Home in Cloverdale, with Pastor Murray Clugston officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Whitaker Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Cloverdale Cemetery.
