Toyoko Takahashi Reagin, 79, of Cory, died Sunday, June 13, 2004, at 8:30 p.m. in her residence.

She was born April 23, 1925, in Iwate Ken, Japan, to Minokicki and Kinoe Magome Chiba. Since the age of four, her grandparents, Chohei and Asayo Takahashi, raised her. She married David W. Reagin in Tokyo, Japan in 1957 and moved with her husband to the U.S. in 1960. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Wesley A. Reagin and wife Kellie, of Cory; and two grandsons, Ryan and Brandon Reagin, of Cory.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in the Schoppenhorst Funeral Home in Clay City. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
