Betty Jean Skelton, 80, of Noblesville, Ind., died Wednesday, June 30, 2004, at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville.

She was born Oct. 16, 1923, the daughter of Paul Skelton and Josephine Dugger Skelton. She graduated from Brazil High School and Union Hospital School of Nursing in Terre Haute. She was a private duty nurse.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be Saturday at Calcutta Cemetery, New Harmony, Ind., at 10 a.m. There will be no visitation.
