Martha Lucille Robbins, 77, of Brazil died at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2004, in Clay Health Center, Brazil.
Born March 29, 1927, in Clay County, she was the daughter of Oscar and Esther Wells Egloff. After attending high school, she worked as a nurses' aide in community healthcare facilities.
She married William L. Robbins on March 10, 1943. He preceded her in death June 29, 1988.
She was a member of Carbon United Methodist Church and the Carbon Lodge of Eastern Star. She enjoyed ceramics, crafts and needlework.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Earl Egloff.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra S. Lancaster, of Avon; three sons, Daniel Robbins and wife, Jeannie, of Patoka, Ind., Alvin J. Robbins and wife, Jan, of Georgia, and William M. Robbins and wife, Linda, of rural Brazil; two brothers, Ralph and Ernie Egloff, both of Brazil; seven grandchildren, Drew, Matt, Craig, Kris, Justen and Cassandra Robbins and Wendi Sollars; and four great-grandchildren, Hannah and Sarah Sollars and Seth and Jakob Robbins.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Moore Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Marshall Hendrix officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery at Terre Haute.
