Kerry Dean Glick, 41, of Hope, Ind., died in Columbus Regional Hospital, Columbus, Ind., at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, July 25, 2004.
Born Nov. 19, 1962, in Columbus, he was the son of John Alden and Elizabeth Jean Flora Glick.
He graduated from Hauser High School in 1981 and from ATA Aircraft Mechanic School in 2001.
He married Julie Stevenson Erb on Feb. 25, 1998, in Mission, Texas; she survives.
He was a painting instructor at Atterbury Job Corp Center in Edinburgh and a member of Hope First Baptist Church and IUPAT Local 47. He served in the Air Force Reserves.
Survivors include his parents; a daughter, Kira Glick, of Pasadena, Calif.; three sons, Cameron Glick of Columbus and Luke and Lance Erb of Hope; two sisters, Kathy Hayes and Kim Nading, both of Hope; and a grandmother, Pearl Flora Wells, of Hope.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Home and Nena Glick, William Flora and Kenneth Wells.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hope Moravian Church with the Rev. Tim Dillingham officiating. Burial will be in Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
