Roberta R. Wadsworth, 89, of Brazil died at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004, at Holly Hill Healthcare in Brazil.
Born March 7, 1915, in Bowling Green, she was the daughter of Russell and Ida Stiner Stephens.
She attended Zeller Elementary School and graduated from Brazil High School in 1934. She married Dennis Wadsworth Oct. 6, 1962. She was employed as a bookkeeper at Wadsworth Furnace Co. in Brazil.
She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Daughters of Ruth Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Joyce Thomas; two brothers, Joy Stephens and Don Stephens and one step-grandson, Michael Christopher Burton.
Survivors include her step-daughter, Barbara Burton, and her husband, Michael, of Fort Myers, Fla.; a step-granddaughter, Kelly Hartley, of Bend, Ore., and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Clearview Cemetery with Pastor Lyle Monnett officiating. Moore Funeral Home assisted with funeral arrangements.
