Cathy R. Davis, 49, of Cloverdale, Ind., died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, at her home.
Born Dec. 25, 1954, in Linton, Ind., she was the daughter of James F. Flater and Margaret O. (Miller) Flater.
She was a member of New Providence Baptist Church, Greencastle, and was the lead legal assistant with the Social Security Adminsitration, Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Louis K. Davis; her parents; two daughters, Loreena Powell and husband, Tim, of Cloverdale, and Carin Price and husband, Derick, of Cloverdale; six sons, Blake Henry and wife, Kelly, of Norfolk, Va., Clay Henry of Cloverdale, Tanner Henry of Cloverdale, Brad Davis and wife, Mandy, of Cloverdale, Vance Davis of Cloverdale and Evan Davis of Cloverdale; two sisters, Sherry Cash and husband, Ronald, of Fillmore, Ind., and Rita Goss and husband, Mike, of Danville, Ind.; a brother, Jeff Flater and wife, Jennifer, of Clay City; her father- and mother-in-law, John L. and Wilma Davis, of Cloverdale; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in New Providence Baptist Church with Pastor Murray Cligston officiating. Burial will be in New Providence Cemetery, Greencastle.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Sunday, at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
