Norma "Maxine" Buell, 76, of Bowling Green died Friday, Nov. 5, 2004, in St. Vincent Clay Hospital.

Born Oct. 24, 1928, in Missouri, she was the daughter of Guy and Nell Farris Hoke.

She was a 1946 graduate of Brazil High School and had been employed as a clerk at Arketex in Brazil.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Jean Love.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard Buell; a son, Richard "Keith" Buell, of Bowling Green; a daughter, Rhonda Buell, of Jasonville; two grandchildren, Chad Buell, of Bowling Green and Tracy Ann Barbee of Rosedale; and two great-grandchildren, Christy Barbee and Chad Buell Jr.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Bowling Green Methodist Church with visitation 4-8 p.m. Tuesday in Schoppenhorst Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Bowling Green.
