Harold F. Keller, 71, of Brazil died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004, at his residence.
Born Jan. 11, 1933, and raised in Seelyville, Ind., he was the son of Emery and Flossie Keller. He had worked for Quaker Maid, Alcan Alumnimum and Indiana State University. He was a Korean War veteran, serving with the Navy from 1951-56. He was in the Air National Guard from 1977-1982.
He was a lifetime member of VFW No. 972, American Legion Post 2, Masonic Lodge No. 541 and the Scottish Rite.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Burress Keller, whom he married on July 12, 1953; four sons, Tom, Joe and wife, Kathy, Steve and wife, Penny, Robert and wife, Melanie, all of Brazil; four granddaughters, Ka-meko, Dakota, Megan and Morgan Keller; three grandsons, Ryan, Chad and Jordan Keller; two sisters, Ruby Bandy of East Glen, Ind., and Pauline Miller and husband, Harold, of Westville, Ill.; a brother-in-law, Floyd Burress, of Bicknell, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister-in-law, Rosemary Burress; two brothers-in-law, Howard Bundy and Alva Bell; his father- and mother-in-law, Cassel and Dortha Burress.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Reck officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. VFW Post 972 will conduct graveside military rites.
