Mary Lou E. Snyder, 65, of Brazil, died Wednesday, Nov., 17, 2004, at 7 p.m. in Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Oakland City, Ind.
She was born on Dec. 16, 1939, in Diamond, Ind., to Herbert and Maude M. (Phelps) Walton.
She was a housewife and homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Nancy Cooper in 2003; and a daughter, Wanda Lucille Carter, in 1961.
Survivors include her children, Karen Ann Usher of North Carolina, James Joseph Carter of Brazil, Mickey Dale Carter of Grand Rapids, Mich., Ylonda Ann Carter, of Princeton, Ind., Patricia Lynn Overpeck of Rock-ville, Ind., Jammie Lynn Snyder- Harding of Center Point, Jackie Sue Snyder of Brazil; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Wayne Walton of Diamond, Ind., and Herbert Walton Jr., of Brazil.
There will be no services or visitation. Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, Ind., is in charge of arrangements.
