Alberta E. Ackerman Blundell Pike, 89, died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, in the Holly Hills Rehabilitation Center. Born Oct. 22, 1915, in Alberta, Canada, she was the daughter of Ernest and Lulu Riley Ackerman.

She was a homemaker, loved Christmas and stuffed animals.

Mrs. Ackerman was preceded in death by two husbands, Paul B. Lundell in 1981 and Wallace Pike in 1988.

Survivors include a son, Harold Blundell and his wife Nida of Brazil; a daughter Hazel Scorby of Diamond, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, in French Funeral Home with visitation from 4-7 p.m. today.

Burial will be in the Clear Run Cemetery.
