Martha Eileen (Myers) Hunt, 87, of Greenwood, Ind., formerly of Indianapolis, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2004, in Greenwood Village South.
Born June 3, 1917, in Clinton, Ind., she was the daughter of Lewis M. and Myrtle P. (Cratty) Myers.
She was married to Joseph Raymond Hunt, who is deceased.
She was a secretary at the Pension Fund of the Christian Churches (Disciples of Christ) for more than 30 years and was a member of the Olive Branch Christian Church, Indianapolis.
Survivors include two sisters, Ruth M. Cagle of Terre Haute and Betty Ann Morgan of Carbon; a brother, William M. Myers, of Golconda, Ill.; several nieces; nephews; and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Eleanor L. Killion; and a brother, Thomas F. Myers, who died while serving his country in World War II.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in G. H. Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, wih the Rev. Lester Palmer officiating. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
