Elsie Morgan Watters, 61, of Spencer, formerly of Brazil, died Dec. 20 at the Owen Valley Health Campus.

Born Oct. 5, 1943, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Ross and Mary Mosteller.

She belonged to the Baptist Church and was a truck driver.

Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Barker, and husband, Vance, of Brazil; two sons, Joe and wife, Tammy Morgan, of Spencer and David and wife, Marla Morgan, of Marion; three sisters, Cathy Kennedy of Kokomo, Betty Linder of Camby and Mildred Fields of Brazil; two brothers, Roy Mosteller of Brazil and Ross Mosteller of Indianapolis; and six grandchildren.

Elsie was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Mosteller; two brothers, Charlie and Jack Mosteller; and a son, James Morgan.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery at Bowling Green.

Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
