Alma L. Liffick, 80, of Terre Haute died at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005, in the Regional Hospital emergency room.
Born Dec. 18, 1924, in New Goshen, she was the daughter of William J. Stewart and Minnie Wolford Stewart.
She was retired from Quaker Maid and was a member of Prairieton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Liffick, whom she married in 1951; a son, W. Steven and wife, Jill Lankford, of Terre Haute; two daughters, Carol and C. Robert Hanger of Sullivan and Sandra Archer of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Alison Hanger of Damstadt, Germany, Kristy Brackall and husband, Matt, of Terre Haute, Julia Hanger of Scottsburg, Ind., Gary Ray Archer of Terre Haute, Lauren Hanger of Sullivan, Eric Archer of Terre Haute, Rachel Jackson and Richard Card; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Warren C. Lankford; her parents; two brothers, Chester and William Stewart; and a sister, Rosemary Krider.
Services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at DeBaun Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 p.m. until time of service on Saturday.
