Mildred Bledsoe, 84, of Brazil died Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton.

Born April 3, 1920, in Clay County, she was the daughter of Charles E. and Edna Mae Stewart Burrell.

On Nov. 13, 1970, she married Ernest E. Bledsoe in Oceanside, Calif. He died Dec. 5, 1992. She was a homemaker.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a brother in infancy and two sisters, Irene Thorp and Thelma Rogers.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Brazil. Lawson-Miller Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
