Clifford A. "Kip" Thomas, 76. of Brazil died Thursday, April 7, 2005, in Cloverleaf Healthcare.

Born July 30, 1928, in Terre Haute, he was the son of Cleve and Mabel (Hummel) Thomas.

Memberships included Brazil Eagles Lodge and the Brazil Moose Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Imogene; and two brothers, James Mack and Gerald.

Survivors include a sister, Norma Lee Matthias, of San Rafael, Calif.; two sisters-in-law, Thelma M. Thomas and Ellen Thoms, of Brazil; two nieces, Diana Maloziec and Alice Rankin; four nephews, John L. Matthias and Dan, Steve and Mike Thomas and a large extended family.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil with visitation from 2 p.m. until services.

Burial will be in Calcutta Cemetery.
