Michael Ross Asbury II, 28, of Spencer, died Monday, April 18, 2005, in an auto accident east of Spencer.

Born Sept. 18, 1976, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Michael R. Asbury of Freedom and Sally (Shepard) Garrett of Spencer.

He had attended Owen Valley High School and was a self-employed carpenter.

Survivors include one daughter, Kalyn Asbury of Robinson, Ill.; his parents; his stepfather, Bryan Garrett of Poland; one sister, Storme Asbury of Spencer; two step- brothers, Nash Garrett and Seth Garrett both of Poland; and grandparents, Dorothy L. Asbury of Indianapolis and Rosemary Shepard of Spencer.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Hugh Asbury and Robert Shepard.

No services will be held.

Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer.
