Jack Alan Stultz, 54, of Brazil, IN, died May 24, 2005, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital .

He is survived by his mother, Mildred Treash Stultz of Brazil; six daughters, Mildred Campbell, Ft. Hood, TX; Jessica Stultz, Ft. Myers, FL; Jennifer Stultz, Ohio; Barbie Stultz, Jeanie Stultz and Thelma Stultz, all of Indianapolis, IN; two brothers, Carl Wayne Stultz and Dennis Blaine Stultz, both of Brazil, IN; four sisters, Judy Means, Brazil, IN; Wanda Moody, Seelyville, IN; Patty Elder, Reelsville, IN and Pam Carter, Brazil, IN and a large extended family.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at French Funeral Home with visitation from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Clearview Cemetery.
