Leroy "Blue" Riggs, 81, died at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005. He was born February 27, 1924 in Clay County, IN and resided in Brazil, IN.

Survivors included his wife Helen Reffett Riggs; one sister, Ruby White of Brazil; and two brothers, Luther Riggs of Brazil and Jack Riggs of West Terre Haute, IN.

Services will be conducted Friday, June 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home. Visitation is Friday, June 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.
