Aretta Lina Burgin Terrell Higgins, 92, Columbus, OH, passed away June 12, 2005.

She was born April 24, 1913 in Morgan Co., IN to Ism Sever and Delilah Jane (Brown) Burgin.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June15 at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., Indianapolis with visitation from noon until 2 p.m.

Aretta is survived by eight daughters: Jenefer Lee Brown, Carolyn May Douglas, Marine Curtin, Wanieta Louise Allen, Beverly Maxine Allen, Janet Bowman, Debra Jean Wheeler, Dana Marie Terrell; step-daughter, Norma Gene Terrell; two sons, James Stewart Terrell and Mark Julius Terrell; 135 grandchilden, 76 great-grandchilden and 32 great-great grandchilden.
