Jerry Barnes Kidd, 64, of Mt. Holly, New Jersey, and originally from Brazil, died at 11:26 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at Deborah Heart and Lung Institute in Browns Mills, New Jersey.

Jerry was born December 27, 1940, in Brazil, Indiana. He was the son of Linn and Dorothy Kerfoot Kidd. Following graduation from Castle Heights Military Academy he joined the U.S. Army and served during the Vietnam War. He was employed by Siemens Medical Systems in New Jersey. He continued in the trucking and transportation industry until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by two sisters, Sandra Henderson and husband Tom of Brazil and Karen Rogers of Florida; two nieces, Cathie Rogers of Florida and Leigh Anne Henderson of Bloomington; and two nephews, John Rogers of Lizton, Indiana and David Rogers of Terre Haute.
