Mary (Orndorff) Cowell, 92, of Plainfield, passed away June 9, 2005.

She was born July 5, 1912 in Graysville, PA, to the late John Barclay and Olive Anna (Chambers) Orndorff. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Her memberships include the Bridgeport O.E.S. 162, Plainfield Oldtimers, Hendricks County Historical Society and the Plainfield Friends Meeting, where funeral services will be held Monday, June 20, at 1:00 p.m.

Friends may call at the Meeting House from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wm. Cowell, daughter, Nancy Jane Cowell and great-great-granddaugher, Jenna Martin.

Survivors include children, Mary Ann (Lewis) Bartolovich ad John W. (Judy) Cowell; 6 grandchilden, 6 great-grandchilden and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
