Mary Alice Poe, age 78, of Terre Haute, passed away early Saturday morning at the Southwood Rehabilitation Center.

Born December 17, 1926 in West Terre Haute, she was the daughter to Albert and Lilly Pitts. She married Stanley "Dick" Poe and he preceded her in death. Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors includes a son, Albert Poe and wife Sue, Palm Dell, CA; 3 daughters, Margaret Harden and husband David, Terre Haute, IN; Donna Hofmann and husband Ron, Brazil and Melissa Bagnoche and husband Shawn, Adairsville, GA; grandchildren, Christopher, Jamie, Michael and Matthew Poe, Rick Harden, Richele Schlomer, Brittiney Hofmann and Madilyne Bagnoche. Her parents, husband and a son Richard Poe all preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the Roselawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Spear officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park.
