Chester W. Hutchison, Jr., 66, of Cloverdale, IN, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2005, at The Waters in Greencastle, IN.

He was born December 8, 1938 in Crawfordsville, IN, the son of Chester W. Hutchison Sr. and Beulah Inez (Petty) Hutchison.

He was a former owner/operator of Shell Service Station at US 40 and 231 at Greencastle and C & L Fork Lift in Dallas, TX. He was also a truck driver for Midwest Express, Kansas City, MO.

He was a member of the New Providence Baptist Church in Greencastle, IN.

Survivors include his mother, Beulah Inez Hutchison, Cloverdale, IN; a daughter, Kim Marie Ripple, Brazil, IN; 3 sons, Shelly Wayne Hutchison, Brazil, IN; Mark David Hutchison, Greencastle, IN and Chester W. Hutchison, III, Jackson, MS; 2 sisters, Chitra Marie Jeffries and husband Anthony, Brazil, IN and Charity Darlene Vanlandingham and husband Ronald, Sparta, TN; and a brother, Jessie Ervin Hutchison and wife Vera, Cloverdale, IN.

He was preceded in death by his father on January 5, 2000; and a daughter, Konya McGaughey.

Services will be conducted at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, IN on Thursday, July 14, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. Visitation is Wednesday, July 13, 2005 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Elmdale, IN.
