Floy Effie Collins Everwine, 100, of Clay City passed away July 12, 2005 in Shakamak Good Samaritan Center in Jasonville.

Survivors include her son, Dan J. Everwine and two grandsons, Grey and Tim Everwine.

Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home in Clay City with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until services. Burial will be in the Sink Cemetery.
