Clara Alice Allen, 90, of Reelsville, IN, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at the Putnam County Hospital, Greencastle, IN.

She was born July 23, 1915, in Putnam County, IN, the daughter of James Lunsford and Clara (Wood) Lunsford.

She was a seamstress at Angwell Curtain factory, Greencastle, IN. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge at Rosedale.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Allen Sr. whom she married on June 6, 1932, parents, James and Clara Lunsford; three sisters, Hazel Lunsford, Ina Sneddon and Mary Frances Lunsford Allen; six brothers, Jim Lunsford; Lee Lunsford; Roy Lunsford; William Lunsford; Albert Lunsford and Bob Lunsford.

Survivors include two sons, Everette Allen, Jr. & wife Waneta and Donald R. Allen & wife Jenny, all of Reelsville, IN; and a brother, Thomas Lunsford, Keneesaw, GA; eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchilden.

There will be no visitation or services. Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, IN is in charge of arrangements.
