Mansfield Mill will be part of Mansfield's Watermelon Festival this coming Saturday and Sunday.

Interpreters in period costume will give tours of the mill, an example of an 1880s flour mill, containing three floors of mostly original machinery throughout the festival.

Historic Mansfield Roller Mill is managed by Raccoon State Recreation Area, Division of State Parks and Reservoirs, and is located off S.R. 59, 8 miles south of Bellmore. It is normally open 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and Sunday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.
