Rome R. Ridgway, 77, of Cloverdale, IN, died Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at Roudebush Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN.

Survivors include a daughter, Laura Lynn Chambers and husband Michael Steven, Huntersville, NC; a son, Jerry Lee Ridgway & wife Beth, Kernersville, NC; two sisters, Oma Lewis & husband David Brazil, IN; Lottie Mesling, Indianapolis, IN; and a brother, Warren Ridgway & wife Josephine, Greencastle, IN, along with eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 27, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, IN. Visitation will be Friday, August 26, 2005, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cloverdale Cemetery, Clovedale, IN.
