On February 18, 1989, she was united in marriage to Bill Greenwood in Muncie. Shortly before their marriage she was diagnosed with breast cancer, whicn she valiantly fought as a cancer survivor for seventeen years.
During the 70s, she and her family lived in Brazil for a year and she attended Brazil Junior High School. She graduated from Butler University College of Pharmacy in 1981 and worked a a pharmacist until six months prior to her death.
Besides her parents and husband, she is survived by a brother Tim Masters (wife Rhonda) of Granger, IN; a sister Chris Browder (husband John) of Shelbyville, IN, and two nieces and a nephew, Casey Browder and Austin and Kaitlin Masters.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents, long-time Brazil residents, Dick and Hila Zimmerman and Rev. Jack and Lena Masters.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 24, at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Tipton, IN, with her father officiating.
