He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sharon Marie Jackson.
He is survived by his wife Judy Ellis Jackson, son Sebert Lee Jackson Jr., daughter Deanna Lynn Jackson Kouns; four step-children, Linda, John, Mike and Jim; sisters Suzette Raderstorf and Shirley Shedron; four grandchildren and 17 step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday from 4-8 p.m. at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center in Decatur. Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral center. Graveside services will be held following the services at 2 p.m. in Oak Hill Cemetery in Riley, Ind.
