Barbara Lou Piker LeMaster Michael Shaw, 71, of Terre Haute died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, in Union Hospital following a two-year battle with cancer.

She was a secretary with Columbia Records and a housewife. She was born June 23, 1934, in Vigo County to Robert Piker and Dessa Meneely.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Shaw; one son, Rick Shaw; four daughters, Debra Lynn Master, Christina Ann Holmes and her husband Jim, Jamie Lee Michael and her husband Bob Wycoff and Teresa Reagin; one brother, Robert F. Piker; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Laura, Tim and Katie Holmes, Aaron and Bobby Wycoff, Brandon and Sunny Shaw, Hillary and Mitchell Thomas, and Kristie Reagin; one great-granddaughter, Lisa Mariah Reagin; and three cats.

She loved gardening, playing bingo, spending time with her grandchildren and going to garage sales. She graduated from State High School in 1952.

Services are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday in Mattox-Wood Chapel, with the Rev. Mark Fleshner officiating. Cremation is scheduled. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday.
