Cindy L. Moore, 51, of Brazil died December 5, 2005, at 2:54 a.m at Union Hospital. She had been battling bone cancer for five years.
She was born August 21, 1954, in Brazil the daughter of Luther and Betty Russell Julbert. She graduated from Van Buren High School. On March 24, 1973, she married Harold Alan Moore. She worked at CBS as a young lady, but enjoyed being a homemaker and devoted mother to her children when they were young. She went back to work at Columbia House, retiring in February of 2001 due to her health problems. She enjoyed crocheting and making afghans for friends and family. She was a devoted member of the Harmony United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her parents; her husband; one son, Ronald Moore; one daughter, and son-in-law, Allison and Phillip Butts; two grandsons, Keaton and Karson Butts, all of Brazil; one sister, Julie Parsons, and her husband, Lorren, and one brother, Jerry Julbert, and wife, Dorothy, all of Center Point; her mother and father in law, Harold A. and Carolyn Moore, of Brazil; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a close circle of devoted friends.
Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at French Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Kumpf officiating. Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and again Thursday prior to services.
