She was born October 1, 1987, in Clay County. Brianna was a junior at Northview High School and was active at school in the Cadet Corps, Drama Club and ran track in the eighth grade. She also was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and the youth group, Girl Scouts, the V.F.W. Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed fishing.
Her two grandmothers, Roseanna Lawrence and Betty Busick; an uncle, Paul Harrington; and an aunt, Stella Mustard preceded her in death.
Survivors include her parents, Jo Ann Lawrence Wilkerson and Sonny Clawson of Brazil, and Claude William Wilkerson of Brazil; grandfather, Glenn Lawrence and friend, Marquita Stultz of Brazil; brothers, Ron Sutherlin and Jesse Sutherlin of Brazil; sister, Jenny Sutherlin and Gary Bell of Brazil; stepsisters, Crystal Clawson of Brazil and Heather Clawson of Brazil; aunts and uncles, Tom and Phyllis South of Terre Haute; Peggy Hines of Terre Haute; Lee and Linda Lawrence of Brazil; Donna Lane of Virginia; Glenda and Scott Brunett of Brazil; Georgia and Mike Kester of Brazil; Terry Lawrence of Greencastle; Tonya and Denny Bex of Terre Haute; Angie Anderson of Brazil and Jean Harrington of North Carolina; nieces and nephews, Kelsea Riggle, Damon Sutherlin, Darian Sutherlin, Seth McDonald, Kaleb Bell, Kaden Bell, Nick Sutherlin, Chasity Shonk, Angel Shonk; great-niece, Tiara Shonk and a very special friend, James Bailey; several cousins; a large extended family; and many friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, December 9, 2005, at the Lawson-Miller Chapel, 1702 East National Avenue, Brazil, with visitation 3-8 p.m., Thursday, December 8, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Calcutta Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital Heart Unit.
