Carl "Lynn" Wolfe, age 47, of Clay City, IN, passed away December 7, 2005, at 4:40 p.m. at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. He was born May 9, 1958, in Columbus, OH, the son of Wilda M. Howell Wolfe Carter and Harold E. Wolfe. Lynn graduated from Greenup County High School, Greenup, KY in 1977. He was employed at Black Beauty Coal Company in Farmersburg until he became disabled.

He was preceded in death by his father, his great-aunt Hazel, grandmother Madge Madden, uncle Finn Wolfe, and father-in-law Cecil McKee.

Survivors include two daughters, Lindsay Wolfe and friend Josh Edwards and Lacey Wolfe, and their mom Peggy Wolfe, all of Clay City; four brothers; Tim and Bonnie Wolfe of Clay City, Jim and Debbie Wolfe of South Shore, KY, Rock and Kim Wolfe of South Shore, KY, and Randall and Diane Wolfe of West Portsmouth, OH, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home Saturday, December 10, 2005, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ray Deeter officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of services.
