Lincoln Shane Turnbill Schwartz, 25, Indianapolis, IN, died at 2:14 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2005, in the St. Vincent Clay Hospital Emergency Room.

He was born July 14, 1980, in Marion County, IN.

Survivors include his son, Landon Alexander Rottler; his life partner, Kari Rottler; his mothers, Vicki Schwartz and Vanessa Moore, both of Carbon, IN; two brothers, Ski Schwartz of Terre Haute and Josh Terhune of Indianapolis; twin sisters, Ruth Schwartz and Geneva Erin Schwartz both of Carbon; grandparents, William and Ruth Evans of Indianapolis, Charlie and Geneva Doughty of Carbon and Bob Moore of Brazil; also a great-grandmother, Irene Blackwell.

There will be a private family viewing Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home. Cremation will follow family viewing.
